This year Little Dude asked for a Spiderman cake and Sissy asked for a princess cake. I always make them each a separate cake. If they have to share a special day, they definitely each get a special cake!
I attempted a fondant cake this year and it didn't turn out half bad! Not to toot my own horn, but I was pretty damn proud of their cakes!

Hi! I saw your post on Mama Laughlin's blog and wanted to check you out. And I LOVE that you are also into cake decorating - I am too. I don't get nearly as much time to dabble as I'd like but I love to play around. These cakes are great and you should def be proud! You have beautiful handwriting!
